You can ask us to delete your Sikaram-360 account at any time. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete the account; use the request below.
How to request deletion
Email hello@skilluptech.xyz with the subject “Delete my Sikaram-360 account” and include the mobile number registered on the account. If you know it, add the account ID shown in Settings → My Profile.
We verify ownership through the registered number, then complete the deletion within 7 working days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile (name, email, phone number).
- Device bindings and all active sessions.
- Practice, mock and Rapid Fire attempts, answers and scores.
- Trial and licence records tied to the account, and your place on the Wall of Fame.
What may be kept
We may retain payment and tax records for the period accounting law requires. These are kept without your phone number where possible. Aggregated figures that no longer identify you may also be kept.
Deleting only some data
You can correct your name or email in the app under Settings → My Profile. To ask for a copy of your data, or to correct something you cannot edit, write to the same address.
