These terms govern your use of the Sikaram-360 Android application, its website and API (together, “the Service”), operated by Skillup Tech (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, starting a trial or buying a licence, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old and competent to enter a contract. By using the Service you confirm that the mobile number you register belongs to you, and that you will keep access to it: the number is the key to your account and a one-time code is sent to it.
2. Your account and device
- One account per person. Do not create accounts to obtain repeated free trials.
- One active device per account. Signing in on a new device, or recovering the number to it, signs the previous device out.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your one-time codes private.
- Tell us immediately if you lose a phone or suspect misuse; we can revoke the active device.
3. Trial and licence
- Free trial: 48 hours of access to the first unit and its opening chapters. It is offered once per account and paper, and may be withdrawn if abused.
- Paper licence: a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the material for one examination paper for the period shown in the app (normally 365 days). It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.
- A licence does not transfer ownership of the content and does not guarantee an exam result or a seat.
- We may change or withdraw individual questions, lessons or features as the syllabus or source material changes; the scope of a paid licence will not be materially reduced during its term.
4. Payments
- Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The current paper licence is ₹999 a year.
- Payment is by UPI. You submit the transfer reference in the app; access is activated after we verify the transfer. Verification is usually quick but is not instant.
- We never ask for your UPI PIN, card number, CVV or banking password. Do not share them with anyone claiming to represent us.
- If a payment cannot be matched or is reversed, we may suspend the licence until it is resolved.
5. Refunds and cancellation
Because access is digital and begins as soon as it is activated, refunds are considered case by case. Write to hello@skilluptech.xyz within 7 days of payment with the registered number and UPI reference. If the licence is unused, we will normally refund it. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law. A licence simply ends when its term ends; there is nothing to cancel.
6. Content and intellectual property
The app, its design, question bank, explanations and study material are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own preparation. You may not copy, scrape, record, resell, publish or distribute them, or use them to train another product, without our written permission.
Exam names and syllabus references are used descriptively. Sikaram-360 is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board or any government body.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not share an account, licence or one-time code, or attempt to bypass the one-device rule.
- Do not reverse engineer, automate, overload or interfere with the Service, or attempt to extract question content in bulk.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing material, or use the Service to harass another person.
- Do not misrepresent your identity or your affiliation.
We may suspend or end access if these rules are broken, or if we are required to by law. Where practical, we will tell you why.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available, but it depends on networks, devices and third-party providers. We may pause it for maintenance, and we may add, change or remove features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that every question is free of mistakes; if you find one, tell us and we will correct it.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is a study aid. It does not provide official exam material, advice or guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You remain responsible for your preparation and for verifying official notifications from the exam authority.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Skillup Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of opportunity or loss of anticipated results. Our total liability arising out of the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the licence concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Ending the agreement
You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end this agreement if you materially breach it, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service; in the last case, we will refund the unused portion of a paid licence. Terms that by their nature should survive (such as content ownership and liability limits) continue to apply.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
